ndrea Le is an aspiring LPGA Tour superstar, highlighted with her win at 2022 Portland Classic. Lee was a winner at every level, which includes her time in the NCAA tournament at Standford University where she earned nine victories, and was ranked for 17 weeks as #1 Women's Amateur from the World. In the Women's Amateur category, which had the highest ranking at the final game of the year in 2019, Lee won the Mark H. McCormack Memorial Medal. She turned pro later that same year. Andrea Lee is a Los Angeles native who was born in the month of August, 1998. James began teaching his daughter how to play golf as early as age five. At the age of 8 She began playing in tournaments. She won 50 titles when she was a junior player in just four years. In 2014, the US Women's Open was her first cut. The age was 15 while her father served as her caddie. Lee was requested by sponsors to play at the year 2015 ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour, however, she was not able to make the cut. Lee played for the USA for Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup and also as for the Women's World Amateur Team Championship. As the first female pupil to enroll at Stanford University, Lee was the Stanford player with the highest accolades in their time. Through the three years that followed she had won 9 different championships. Lee was a graduate in 2018, left Stanford University for the professional world. Her amateur career included 17 weeks at the top of the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was also awarded with the 2019 Mark H. McCormack Medal after finishing the season with the highest ranking amateur. Lee's record as an amateur was four holes in a single and a albatross. Her debut year playing on the LPGA Tour, Lee had two top 10 results. She came in seventh at the AIG Women's Open 2020, which was held at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee was the first woman to win an LPGA Tour title at the 2022 Portland Classic. This victory was dedicated to her late grandpa Min. She called her champions, and believed in me.
